The problem with all the online stores that were previously available was that all of them were places like ours and this meant that the website didn’t really supply the products; rather it was a place for anyone to sell their stuff. When it comes to ensuring 100% product authenticity, this does not work in an ideal way because the website that sells these products does not know what the third party seller actually sends to the customer through its website. It was when we realized that there was a grave situation that had to be addressed.
